General information
The protection of your personal data is important to us. This website is a purely informational website. No registration takes place, there are no user accounts and no online sales. Personal data is only processed to the technically necessary extent and when you actively contact us.
Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (processor). The provider is:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany
The provider processes the data collected via this website on our behalf in order to ensure a secure, stable and efficient provision of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a reliable presentation of our website). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been or will be concluded with the provider.
Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- host name of the accessing computer
- date and time of the server request
- IP address (shortened or anonymised where technically possible)
This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is carried out for the technically error-free presentation and to ensure security, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Fonts
For a uniform appearance, this website uses the fonts DM Serif Display, Manrope, Caveat and JetBrains Mono. These are served locally from our own server (self-hosting). When a page is accessed, no connection is established to servers of Google or any other third party; in particular, no IP address or other personal data is transmitted to Google.
Contact (email, phone, WhatsApp)
If you contact us by email, phone or via an offered messenger channel, your details (e.g. name, contact data and the content of your message) are processed in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the preparation of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). We store this data only for as long as is necessary to process it, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy provisions of WhatsApp Ireland Limited or Meta additionally apply. We have no influence over this processing. Please do not transmit any sensitive personal data via WhatsApp.
Cookies, consent & audience measurement
This website does not use any tracking, analytics or audience-measurement services and does not create usage profiles. The fonts used are served locally, so that simply accessing the pages does not transmit any data to third parties.
When you make your privacy choice in the consent banner, we store that choice in your browser (local storage) so the notice does not reappear on every visit. This storage is technically necessary, serves solely to implement your consent and is not used for analytics. Nothing is stored before you make a choice.
Optional, consent-based services – such as an embedded map (e.g. Google Maps) or anonymous statistics – are currently not integrated. Should we offer such services in the future, they will only be loaded after your explicit consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, with effect for the future, via “Privacy settings” in the footer (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from „http://“ to „https://“.
Your rights as a data subject
Within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions you have the following rights:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent given (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
To exercise your rights, an informal message to the contact details above is sufficient.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is:
Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
Promenade 18
91522 Ansbach
Germany
